Note: Cavedog has been dead for years and no longer provides online gaming or support for Total Annihilation. ATARI now owns the game and continues Cavedog's long dead tradition of doing nothing with this great RTS of a game. Fortunately, there's an ATARI forum that may provide some help still.




One can still manually start an online Internet TA game with other players by going to the Direct Connections menu and entering the IP address of the player that is hosting a game. Be sure that firewalls are configured properly on each computer for successful connections.

Be sure you've patched your game to the latest version in order to play online.
